Envisioning a reimagined north star for Trading

We created a scaleable North Star, rethinking our information architecture to create a powerful and innovative trading experience.

pROBLEM

Our information architecture has created misalignment between a user's workflow and our software's intention. It also cannot scale well with the what we're designing for post-MRP.

We spent 8 weeks performing an IA audit, identifying pain points, dreaming up blue sky solutions, and creating a new IA.

Our solution hinges:

  • Consolidating multiple workflows onto one page

  • Restructure the navigation to better organize and segment workflows

  • Supporting bespoke individual workflows in additional to the existing bulk workflows
