Enhancing the most important page of the Trading application

I spearheaded a project to make the table editable and introduced household groups, aligning with user preferences. Amid tight timelines, I navigated complex editable table interactions and implemented a scalable messaging framework across the entire product.
pROBLEM
Our software needs to support households and order manipulation as these features are table stakes and integral to our software.
research
We performed multiple research efforts and found multiple insights
Our users prefer control over a system that does everything automatically
The portfolio page is buried and inaccessible
Our current page is catering to two workflows
The most common user flow is managing cash
timeline
I spent 10 weeks defining requirements , shaping the work, and designing while facilitating discussions between product and engineering.

My solution hinges:
Using progressive disclosure to focus workflows
Giving the user ultimate control and not just relying on our engine
A scalable messaging framework to communicate errors, warnings, and informational messages to the user
Batch calculating over real-time calculating to not only put less pressure on our backend but provide a more intentional UX
